6 Software Stocks to Buy Now

This week, six software stocks are improving their overall rating on Portfolio Grader. Each of these rates an “A” (“strong buy”) or “B” overall (“buy”).
Workday, Inc. Class A (WDAY) ups its rating to a B (“buy”) this week after earning a C (“hold”) in the week before. Workday provides software-as-a-service solutions for managing global businesses, combining a lower cost of ownership with an innovative approach to business applications. In Portfolio Grader’s specific subcategories of Earnings Revisions and Sales Growth, WDAY also gets A’s.
This is a strong week for AVG Technologies NV (AVG). The company’s rating climbs to B from the previous week’s C. AVG Technologies engages in the development and sale of Internet security software and online service solutions under the AVG brand name. 
This week, Activision Blizzard, Inc.’s (ATVI) ratings are up from a C last week to a B. Activision Blizzard is an online, personal computer (PC), console, and handheld game publisher.
ANSYS, Inc. (ANSS) gets a higher grade this week, advancing from a C last week to a B. Ansys develops and markets engineering simulation software and technologies used by engineers and designers working in fields such as aerospace, electronics, biomedical, energy, and defense.
The Descartes Systems Group Inc. (DSGX) improves from a C to a B rating this week. Descartes Systems Group is a global provider of federated network and global logistics technology solutions that help its customers make and receive shipments and manage related resources. 
Cinedigm Corp (CIDM) boosts its rating from a C to a B this week. Cinedigm Digital Cinema provides technology solutions, financial advice and guidance, and software services to content owners and distributors, and movie exhibitors in the United States.
